Churro Cheesecake Recipe

This has been a post on every blog I’ve had dating back in 2013. Churro cheesecake is something I got a lot of my friends hooked on because it is so delicious and it is really easy and inexpensive to make! I’ve made it tons of times and I want to spread the love on this delicious dessert.

Making This Easy Dessert

Churro cheesecake is a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of a classic churro with creamy cheesecake. The addition of crescent dough adds a delicious flaky texture to this heavenly treat.

  • 2 cans of refrigerated crescent dough
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Open the cans of crescent dough and press one of the cans into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, making sure to seal any seams.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent dough layer in the baking dish.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it on top of the cream cheese layer. Again, seal any seams to ensure the cheesecake stays intact.
  6. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top layer of crescent dough.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the melted butter layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  10. Serve warm or chilled, and enjoy the wonderful combination of churro and cheesecake flavors!

This is a SUPER EASY and TASTY dessert that you can make to impress anyone. I’ve made it in square pans and circle pans- I’ve done this in so many ways and it always tastes delicious.
